CAMPVALLEY boot camp training is a group physical training program that is designed to build strength and increase cardiovascular efficiency, through a variety of intense group intervals exercises over a one hour period. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would themselves through the spirit of togetherness and camaraderie in completing the obstacles set. Due to the different fitness levels of participants, we will get everyone involve to work at their own pace. The CAMPVALLEY Boot camp class program is always fun and challenging. We will make sure to provide you with an obstacle course that changes each time and at the same time gives you the challenge necessary for your fitness growth.
